A 1kg block is at rest on a disk.

When the user clicks START, the disk commences an angular acceleration (0.2 rad/sec-squared) from rest.

A RED CIRCLE represents the extent of the friction force, geometrically.

As the disk spins, the acceleration of the block increases.

A BLACK ARROW represents the static friction force on the block..

When the black arrow touches the yellow circle, the block slides freely with zero kinetic friction.

The user may alter the value of the static friction with the slider

Range is from 0.0 to 1
